01 — Introduction

A clearer corporate presence for every MTI audience.

The proposed website will give MTI Group a disciplined corporate front door for Egypt. MTI already has useful content, but important journeys are fragmented, dated, or document-led. The new platform will connect the Group story, businesses, investments, brands, Subsidiaries & Group Companies, sustainability commitments, investor information, news, careers, and contact journeys in one accessible bilingual experience. Subsidiaries & Group Companies will be a first-class destination, separate from businesses, investments, and brands. The base engagement is the group hub only, with specialist brand, distributor, and separately commissioned microsite properties remaining linked destinations.

1
Present the Group with confidence

Create a coherent corporate narrative that makes MTI Group, its history, leadership, businesses, investments, brands, partnerships, and Subsidiaries & Group Companies easy to understand.

2
Improve portfolio discovery

Help customers, partners, talent, media, and other stakeholders move quickly from the group overview to the right business, investment, brand, subsidiary, group company, newsroom item, or contact route.

3
Strengthen investor communication

Build a controlled Investor Relations center for reports, disclosures, governance, share information, the financial calendar, and investor contact details.

4
Establish a scalable publishing foundation

Deliver a bilingual, accessible, high-performance website with a CMS-ready structure, technical SEO, analytics readiness, and reusable components for future growth.

02 — Why The Mok Company

Agreed experience references, adapted for MTI Group.

Porsche.com and Porsche Egypt are agreed experience references. MOK will adapt relevant experience principles to MTI's corporate context without copying Porsche branding, visual identity, layouts, content, or proprietary assets. MTI already has useful content, but journeys are fragmented, dated, or document-led. The comparison below defines the intended adaptation and its boundaries.

01

Cinematic modular storytelling

Porsche capability: High-impact, modular storytelling that balances emotion with structured content.
MTI current gap: Useful group content is fragmented and lacks a confident narrative sequence.
Proposed adaptation: Editorial hero moments, modular chapters, restrained motion, and reusable story blocks for the Group, milestones, portfolio, and impact.

02

Task-based navigation

Porsche capability: Navigation organized around clear user intent and priority tasks.
MTI current gap: Journeys can feel dated, category-led, or dependent on users knowing the organization already.
Proposed adaptation: Shallow bilingual navigation and audience routes for investors, partners, media, talent, customers, and group-company discovery.

03

Portfolio discovery

Porsche capability: Strong visual browsing patterns that help users compare and move between offerings.
MTI current gap: Businesses, investments, brands, subsidiaries, and group companies are not consistently distinguished or connected.
Proposed adaptation: Filterable portfolio pathways with distinct content models, sector and relationship labels, related entities, and clear onward links.

04

Calls to action (CTAs)

Porsche capability: Contextual calls to action that make the next step obvious.
MTI current gap: Contact and stakeholder actions are scattered or generic.
Proposed adaptation: Role-specific CTAs for investor contact, media enquiries, careers, partnership discussions, subsidiary visits, downloads, and general contact.

05

Newsroom and media

Porsche capability: Structured editorial publishing with rich media and discoverable updates.
MTI current gap: News and media content can be dated, fragmented, or difficult to browse.
Proposed adaptation: Searchable newsroom with categories, dates, related companies, press resources, media assets, and reusable article templates.

06

Investor control center

Porsche capability: Controlled corporate information environments with clear hierarchy and authoritative resources.
MTI current gap: Investor journeys are document-led and require clearer context, governance, and findability.
Proposed adaptation: A maintained Investor Relations center for reports, disclosures, governance, share information, financial calendar, key contacts, and structured document metadata.

07

Sustainability web journeys

Porsche capability: Sustainability topics presented as navigable stories supported by evidence.
MTI current gap: Useful sustainability material is not yet a cohesive, web-native journey.
Proposed adaptation: Structured priorities, commitments, initiatives, evidence, metrics where approved, related news, and downloadable reporting within a credible ESG architecture.

08

Accessible responsive design-system discipline

Porsche capability: Consistent component behavior across screen sizes and interaction states.
MTI current gap: The current experience needs stronger responsive, bilingual, accessibility, and design-system discipline.
Proposed adaptation: Reusable English and Arabic RTL components with legible hierarchy, keyboard support, visible focus, semantic structure, contrast checks, responsive QA, and performance-minded media.

Reference boundaries

Excluded from this proposal and from the Porsche reference adaptation: configurators; finder or inventory tools; owner accounts; ecommerce; dealer or charging journeys; and global or country routing. The result remains an Egypt-focused MTI corporate group platform.

03 — Scope of Work

One bilingual corporate website, with clear boundaries.

The base scope covers the complete MTI Group corporate website for Egypt. Optional microsites and operational integrations are kept separate so the first release stays focused and commercially clear.

01

Base website delivery

UI/UX design, Next.js frontend, responsive and accessible layouts, English and Arabic interfaces, full RTL behavior, information architecture, CMS-ready component and content structure, technical SEO, performance optimization, analytics readiness, forms, QA, launch support, handover, and team training.

Included · One Egypt corporate group website
02

Corporate sitemap

Home; The Group with Overview, Leadership, and History & Milestones; Businesses; Investments; Brands & Partnerships; Subsidiaries & Group Companies; Sustainability & ESG; Investor Relations with Overview, Reports & Disclosures, Governance, Share Information, Financial Calendar, and Investor Contact; Newsroom & Media; Careers; Contact; Search; Legal & Privacy.

Structure · Subsidiaries & Group Companies is separate from businesses, investments, and brands
03

Subsidiaries & Group Companies

Provide a first-class hub, reusable detail template, group structure diagram, relationship and sector labels, approved ownership information, and approved external links. Currently verified records from the latest consolidated statement ended 31 Mar 2026 are: MM Group for Export & Import (99%); Kanawat for Trading and Distribution (70.48%); MM Group for Industry and International Trade FZCO (100%); and MM Group Saudi Arabia (100%). These records remain subject to MTI confirmation during discovery before publication.

Verified reference records · MTI discovery confirmation required
04

Microsite strategy

The base includes the group hub only. Microsites are separate engagements with their own discovery, scope, timing, and price. Existing brand and distributor properties remain linked destinations. Automotive umbrella and Tractors Egypt can be quoted separately. A Consumer Electronics B2B microsite is considered only if a business need is confirmed. No Telecom microsite is proposed unless it has a distinct proposition.

Optional · Microsites are separate from the group hub
05

Content and cost boundary

MTI supplies final approved English and Arabic copy and images in the agreed format and schedule. MTI also confirms legal entity names, ownership percentages, relationships, sectors, external links, and publication approvals. CMS licenses, hosting, model usage, CRM licenses, and other third-party costs are excluded unless specifically added to the signed scope.

Responsibility · Final content, corporate verification, and external fees remain with MTI
04 — Our Approach

CRM Integration

$1,500

Send website forms and AI-captured leads to the selected CRM. CRM licenses, custom workflows, data cleansing or migration, and nonstandard API work are excluded unless separately scoped and approved.

08 — Hosting & Post-Delivery

Optional care with a defined service boundary.

Managed maintenance is optional at USD 700 per quarter, billed quarterly. Service is performed monthly after the 30-day delivered-scope defect warranty ends.

Monitoring and Journey Checks

Keep Critical Paths Visible

Review uptime and core journeys, forms and email routing, key downloads and Investor Relations links, broken links, analytics and tag presence, and backup availability and rollback readiness where the hosting environment supports them.

Routine Technical Care

Maintain the Delivered Scope

Review dependencies and security updates, basic performance and technical SEO, routine bugs, and small content corrections based on final supplied content. A quarterly health summary records checks, findings, and recommended follow-up.

Business-Hours Targets

Acknowledgement, Not Resolution

Critical site unavailable: acknowledgement within 4 business hours. High-impact issue: within 1 business day. Routine issue: within 2 business days. These are acknowledgement targets only and are not guaranteed resolution times.

Excluded Change Work

New Scope Requires Approval

New pages, features, redesigns, integrations, bulk content, campaigns, translation, copywriting, and work beyond 10 support hours are excluded. Additional work requires an estimate and written approval before it starts.

Excluded Costs and Incidents

External Services Stay Separate

Hosting, cloud, model, API, CRM, and license fees are excluded, as are penetration tests, incident response, forensics, 24/7 emergency engineering, third-party outages, and work caused by services outside MOK control.

Warranty first. Maintenance after. No binding obligation yet.

A 30-day post-launch defect warranty covers reproducible defects in the delivered website scope, and optional maintenance starts after that warranty. Upon final payment, MTI receives the agreed website source code, documentation, and handover materials, subject to third-party licenses and the final agreement. This internal draft creates no binding obligation. One Egypt group site, a named approver, consolidated feedback, reasonable page and template volume confirmed during discovery, MTI legal, corporate-record, and Investor Relations approvals, and timely final content are core assumptions. Microsites, configurators, finder or inventory tools, owner accounts, ecommerce, dealer or charging journeys, global routing, and all unselected optional services are excluded. If the optional branding engagement is selected, its stated exclusions apply, MTI handles legal clearance, and no source files or usage rights arise from the limited pre-engagement concept demo. Material additions may affect cost and timing.
