TheDustClub is building more than a website — it's building a complete adventure experience platform. This proposal breaks the build into six modular components, shipped across two phases, backed by ongoing monthly services that keep your social channels, search presence, and paid campaigns running at full throttle. Each module is independently checkable — you choose what's in scope, we build it, you own it.

Membership tiers with annual credits, priority booking, test drives, extra car rentals, add-ons, and a members-only portal — turning one-time adventurers into recurring members.

Interactive map with point-to-point routes, customizable adventures, mission formats (1h/2h/day), gamified progression, badges, equipment packages with speakers and gear, and full route history for every customer.

Phase 1 ships the core MVP in 8-10 weeks. Phase 2 extends with advanced features. You can stop after Phase 1 with a complete, production-ready platform.

Each module is independently deliverable. Modules 1-6 cover the platform. Monthly services run alongside after launch. Modules 1, 2, 5, 6 ship in Phase 1. Modules 3 (advanced) and 4 (advanced) ship in Phase 2.

Multiple membership tiers with yearly prices, annual credit/slot system, high-priority booking, test drive option, members-only section, exclusive offers, logistics issue tracking, extra car rentals, and paid add-ons (equipment, speakers, photography).

Manage memberships and yearly credits, routes and missions, car availability, add-ons and packages, logistics issues and extra rentals, internal tasks for issue resolution, and revenue/booking analytics dashboard.

How we run it.

Tight cycles. Every Friday ends with something live on staging that you can review before code merges to production.

Discovery per phase

Each phase opens with a one-week discovery sprint: stakeholder interviews, technical audit of the previous phase, and a written alignment doc that locks scope before any code is written.

Design before build

UI direction, page-by-page design across desktop and mobile, clickable prototype on Figma. You see the work feel real before development starts.

Weekly delivery

Continuous deploys to a staging environment. Every Friday: a working URL, a written changelog, a 30-minute review call.

Phase handover

Each phase ends with documentation, a training session for your team, and a clean handover. You can take operations in-house at the end of any phase.

Important Note

Optional Monthly Services

The platform build is a one-time project. Monthly retainer services (Social Media Management, SEO & Content, Paid Advertising) are separate engagements that run alongside the platform. You can start, pause, or cancel them at any time with 30-day notice.

Full ownership at every phase. No lock-in.

After each phase ships, TheDustClub owns the source code, infrastructure setup, and documentation in full. You can pause the engagement, switch providers, or take operations in-house at the end of any phase. The Mok Company retains no claim over deliverables.
